What Is New In Vending?
There are hundreds of varieties of
vending machines from small candy machines to large
sophisticated and highly technical vending equipment that
operates with cash, charge
cards, debit cards and smart card technology. I receive at least
five to six calls per week
from individuals or companies who are trying to develop what
they believe is a new idea
for vending. In most cases, they are surprised to learn that the
concept they thought was new and exciting has already been in
operation in other parts of the world including the
USA for many years. Frequently, the machines had already been
introduced and failed.The vending
industry is very competitive and challenging to say the least.
We see some
very exciting new entries in the market place every month.
Depending on the pricing of the equipment and the perceived need
and convenience of the products or services being vended, the
new entry will either be a rapid hit or will die quickly.
Existing vending equipment are constantly being enhanced and
updated, making the older versions obsolete. I would like to

available for quite some time with varying degrees of
dependability and efficiency. However a new machine being

existing bag of sealed popcorn just like the bags that you would

serious, devastating, erotic, daring or shocking. Hundreds of
movie clips may be loaded into the computer. The coin movie
barrels may be placed in restaurants, bars, recreational centers
and other similar locations. The type of movie clips are
determined by the vendor and offered in a menu style layout on
the computer screen. These are rugged units that are interesting
and exciting. Once you start watching the clips, there is no end
to the potential for fun and entertainment. |
